For this controlled-medication service, do not upload or email your own copy of the prescription. If you have the original paper prescription, you may bring it to the pharmacy in person.

If you already have the original paper prescription, you are welcome to bring it to the pharmacy in person. Pickup is always available. You can also arrange delivery after we process it, although bringing the prescription in yourself removes some of the convenience of the direct clinic-to-pharmacy process.

The patient or a responsible person must be available to receive the medication, show appropriate identification and sign for the delivery.
These prescriptions cannot simply be treated like an ordinary parcel. Before the courier leaves, we will confirm the delivery details and who will be receiving the medication.
