MisterPharmacist™ is an independent pharmacy located in Downtown Toronto, now in the heart of Hospital Row since February 2026.

Founded and led by Alexandre Mihaila, MisterPharmacist combines over 30 years of pharmacy experience with a modern, communication-driven approach to care. Alexandre holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Montreal and an MBA from Concordia University. His background includes leadership roles at Novartis, Draxis Health, Eli Lilly, and years of community pharmacy experience at Pharmaprix and Shoppers Drug Mart.

For urgent needs, emergency prescriptions can often be delivered within three hours across the downtown core.
