MisterPharmacist™️ is a downtown Toronto-based pharmacy offering online and in-store services. We specialize in prescription delivery, pickup, and personalized care designed to fit your busy lifestyle.
How do I create an online account?

Click on “Create Account” or “Start Here” at the top of the website, fill out your profile, and upload your prescription(s) to get started. Providing complete information speeds up processing and minimizes delays from back-and-forth communication. If we don’t have to chase you for the ‘basics’, getting stuff done becomes easier and faster for us.
What services does MisterPharmacist™️ offer?

We provide prescription fills, refills, same-day and emergency delivery in Toronto’s downtown core, minor ailment assessments (e.g., UTI, acid reflux, cold sores, hemorrhoids), vaccines, injections (e.g., B12, Ozempic), and both in-person and virtual pharmacist consultations.
How can I transfer my prescriptions to MisterPharmacist™️?

Ask your doctor to fax your prescription to 416-593-4166, or let us handle the transfer by contacting your current pharmacy. You can also fill out our online transfer request form or reach out via phone, text, or email. Give yourself time to start this process. I would suggest at least 7 days. We need time to get the transfer done (sometimes the existing pharmacy takes its sweet time) and we may need time to contact your doctor if any refills are needed.
How do minor ailment assessments work?

Book a consultation online or in-store. Our pharmacist will assess your symptoms, recommend treatment, and provide a prescription if appropriate. When completing the online form, pick the best time suited available but we my be contacting you ahead if our time permits but most information we need will be captured in the form. Make sure your OHIP card information is provided. No OHIP delays everything…. One the form /questionnaire is completed, we get an alert and start preparing the file and we reach out to you. If you require a prescription, one will be issued. You will either need to drop by for pickup or ask for a Toronto Delivery.
Is my personal and medical information secure with MisterPharmacist™️?

Yes, we use advanced encryption and privacy measures to keep your information safe. Sensitive details, like your OHIP card, are stored offline on our secure pharmacy system after initial use, ensuring minimal exposure online. We periodically cull the online information you keep to minimize the risk of a leak. So you may see sensitive information online removed once we have captured it and add it to our offline backup us servers. What are the delivery zones and times for prescription orders?

We deliver to most downtown Toronto areas (south of Bloor, east of Spadina, west of DVP).
•⁠ ⁠Emergency Medications: Delivered within 3 hours typically if all required information is provided (e.g., valid prescription, insurance approval). If your online patient file is complete this avoids us chasing it down when you are probably busy doing other important things.
•⁠ ⁠Refills: Orders placed by 10:45 a.m. qualify for same-day delivery; later orders are delivered the next day.

We strive our best to get you the prescription as quickly as possible but when it is not, clear timelines will be provided via SMS/Email/telephone.

What happens if my medication isn’t in stock?

We’ll notify you as soon as possible and work to source it for same-day delivery (if ordered by 10:30 a.m.). If unavailable due to manufacturer backorders, we’ll contact your doctor for alternatives or check with other pharmacies on your behalf. Back orders are a reality in the pharmacy business. We always encourage patients to plan refills ahead.

How does MisterPharmacist™️ ensure timely delivery to apartments or condos?

We coordinate with building concierges or arrange direct handoffs. For houses and offices, someone must be available to receive the medication.
Please ensure that medications are allowed to be delivered in your building before requesting delivery. Please indicate how deliveries are safely handled at your location and indicate the details on your online file. Narcotics and Controlled Medication (like ADHD and Testosterone ) NEED a signature for hand off.
