For this controlled-medication service, do not upload or email your own copy of the prescription. If you have the original paper prescription, you may bring it to the pharmacy in person.
We use local couriers for Toronto deliveries. Your prescription does not need to sit in the postal system waiting to move through a shipping network.
Once the prescription is processed and the medication is available, we can arrange direct local delivery. Many orders can go out the same day or the following day.

Because the majority of ADHD medications are controlled medications, we use a more secure prescription and delivery process. Following the steps below helps us verify the prescription quickly and keeps your courier delivery moving without unnecessary delays.

For this controlled-medication delivery service, we do not accept a prescription that you personally upload online, email, photograph or send as a copy.
If you already have the original paper prescription, you are welcome to bring it to the pharmacy in person. Pickup is always available. You can also arrange delivery after we process it, although bringing the prescription in yourself removes some of the convenience of the direct clinic-to-pharmacy process.
For an extra fee- a “return to pharmacy” original prescription charge is possible ($15)- I know it’s a drag- that is why we encourage you to tell your online clinic to just fax it to us directly.
Controlled medications are delivered with a verified handoff.
The patient or a responsible person must be available to receive the medication, show appropriate identification and sign for the delivery.
These prescriptions cannot simply be treated like an ordinary parcel.
Before the courier leaves, we will confirm the delivery details and who will be receiving the medication.
Having the prescription sent directly from the prescriber’s clinic, and having the recipient ready with ID, helps the pharmacy and courier complete the process smoothly.
